With a national network of more than 700 locations, Nutrien Ag Solutions is one of the largest agribusinesses operating in Australia.We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our Credit Risk team in the role of AML & Securities Documentation Manager.Based at our Docklands office you will be responsible for the administration and management of Credit-related Anti Money Laundering ("AML") events and PPSR ("Personal Property Securities Register") matters for the portfolio of Nutrien Ag Solutions' agribusiness customers. Key to your success in this position will be your ability to build relationships with and provide support to the Nutrien branch network and Relationship Managers.Key responsibilities include:Administration and management of AML verification events borne from Daily Alerts received from Nutrien's credit reporting vendors.Administration and management of AML verification and PPSR interest registration for Nutrien customers activated to use NPay product.Administration and management of AML verification events borne from 3rd party NPay livestock transactions.Renewal of expiring PPSR interests.Administration and management of ad hoc PPSR requests, including full & partial PPSR discharge requests.Assisting Credit Risk Manager with all project and/or protocol-related business changes associated with the AML and PPSR function within the Credit Team's mandate, including the responsibility for biennial AML reviews of existing Nutrien Ag Solutions' agribusiness customers.About you:Demonstrated success in a related position with strong knowledge of AML typologies, indicators, AML/CTF Act and Rules coupled with a strong understanding of PPSR/Securities.Well versed in AML legislation, Codes of Practice and the Privacy Act.Excellent time management skills and verbal/written communication skills.Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships at all levels within the organisation.Analytical and process efficiency mindset.Tertiary qualification in Business/Statistics/Economics/Business Law.Strong computer literacy skills and comfortable with the MS Office suite of products.Knowledge of Australian agribusiness is not required but very beneficial.Why work for us?A competitive remuneration packagePurchased leave scheme benefitsAn additional day of leave - Nutrien DayA supportive, flexible, and engaging environment that will support personal/professional developmentOpportunities to support community partnerships across our networkBe a member of a company committed to feeding the futureOngoing training and development to pursue individual ambitionsA culture of learning!Apply today!Make a difference.
