**Key Responsibilities**
* Build strong relationships with residents and their families through positive and professional communication.
* Maintain accurate documentation and administration systems to support high-quality care.
* Develop, review, and maintain personalised care plans in consultation with residents, family, and carers.
* Ensure compliance with quality indicators and regulatory requirements.
* Provide clinical leadership and supervision of care teams.
* Monitor and assess the quality of care provided, identifying areas for improvement.
* Assist in reviewing and maintaining clinical programs and initiatives.
**Requirements**
* Current APHRA Registration.
* Current National Criminal History Record (Police Check).
* Strong written and interpersonal skills.
* Minimum 3 years' experience as a Registered Nurse.
* Minimum 3 years in Aged Care Facility.
* Valid Working Rights.
* COVID vaccination evidence in line with current requirements.
