Position Overview We are excited to offer an excellent opportunity for a motivated and proactive receptionist/administrative assistant to join our friendly team in our Southport office commencing immediately. The position is offered on a full time or permanent part time basis (30 – 35 hrs per week) - hours to suit the appropriate candidate. The successful candidate will assist our senior family law assistant and work directly with our lawyers in an administrative role and be the firm's primary receptionist. Responsibilities Greeting visitors and answering calls in a professional and courteous mannerEnsuring accurate and timely delivery of messagesNew client enquiries, appointments and confirmation emailsPreparation of correspondence and legal documents in consultation with work authors Dictaphone typingDiary managementGeneral file management including supplementary and court filesAssembling briefs Managing family law disclosure including printing, collating and indexingMonitoring matters on Commonwealth Courts' Portal and Court filingGeneral administrative duties including scanning, filing, photocopying, collating documentsOpening and closing files and archivingEntering time sheets if requiredPreparing mail Kitchen duties including preparing client coffees Benefits Flexible work hours - choose between full time or permanent part time.Undercover car park available.Administrative staff wear a Frampton Legal uniform.You will have direct supervision and support from our principal, senior solicitors and senior support staff.Our team is our greatest asset.
