Primary objective Work as part of a small team monitoring and arranging agency billing of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) outsourcing contract service packages. Context statement ICT Services provides ICT hardware and software services to client agencies to meet business requirements, this includes end user services such as the ICT Service Centre, End User Computing, Network Management, Voice, and Telecommunications including internet. Within this, the Billing and Assets team is responsible for overseeing the billing processes for various ICT services. Key duties and responsibilities 1. Ensure effective and accurate maintenance of NTG ICT asset databases by representing NTG agencies and Service Providers. 2. Continuously monitor service providers’ contractual commitments, and the identification of discrepancies in relation to billing and financial management. 3. Prepare billing data, reports, and reconciliations for ICT asset information to NTG agencies. 4. Provide internal controls, reconciliation and reporting on All of Government outsourced ICT contracts. 5. Effectively liaise with client agencies and Service Providers in relation to Telecommunications, Desktop/LAN, and Network management. 6. Source and collate data to maintain pricing model and billing system for All of Government outsourced ICT contracts. 7. Actively participate and contribute to the team, sustaining collaborative relationships within the broader Service Delivery team and with a variety of stakeholders. Selection criteria Essential 1. Proficiency in the use of office automation software, spreadsheets, databases, and report generation tools. 2. Well-developed analytical, research and interpretative skills to develop practical and innovative solutions, with demonstrated ability in collation and interpretation of data. 3. Demonstrated understanding of ICT terminology, Contract Compliance, and delivery of services within a centralised billing model. 4. Demonstrated experience in the preparation and analysis of financial reports, reconciliation of financial data with a high level of attention to detail. 5. Sound interpersonal, communication and collaborative skills with demonstrated ability to work independently, work effectively within a team and work under pressure to complete tasks within required timeframes. 6. Demonstrated organisational and problem-solving skills with high levels of integrity. 7. Demonstrated work ethic and attitude which emulates DCDD values of being professional, accountable, honest, innovative, and respectful. Desirable 1. Knowledge of relevant NTG legislation, including Financial Management Act, Procurement Act, and related policies, and directions. 2. A sound understanding of current and emerging technologies in the ICT industry.
