You will prepare and publish metrics and reports. You will analyze variances and review compliance to corporate guidelines across multiple teams. Your findings will drive decisions to improve the program performance impacting one or more site locations. This role also requires mentoring and leadership skills for the development of team members.Key Responsibilities:Maintain project cost and schedule tools used by project managers to accurately measure, forecast and track project-related work.Participate in project planning processes, defining scopes, resource planning, establishing WBS & budgets on assigned projects.Work closely with project management, contract management, engineering, and construction personnel to define execution strategy, scheduling criteria, progress measurement, and invoicing requirements.Work with Business Management (Program Managers, Directors, and Finance management) to report both project and program forecasts.Contribute and oversee coordination of monthly project status reports to customers.Key Experience & Capabilities:Cost Control, Scheduling (Waterfall/Agile/Lean/Scrum), and Time ManagementProject Life Cycles Strong Communication and Interpersonal skillsLeadership, Negotiation, and Organizational skills Strong experience with Business AcumenExperience in Project Controls in Chemicals, Petrochemicals, Oil & Gas, Automation, or Electronics Industry (preferred)Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in business, Science, Engineering, Finance, or AccountingAdvantageous:Experience in oil & gas, automation, or electronics industry preferred.Experience in financial data compilation, analysis, and metrics managementProject Management certification preferred.AACE Certification or similarWho We Are:The Future Is What We Make It at Honeywell.
