Working as part of our customer centric People, Performance & Culture team, this is a unique opportunity to use your strong coordination and engagement skills to help support and administrator our key people systems, help deliver people metrics to our senior management team and supports the delivery of key people systems to our business.
Reporting to the People Advisory Business Partner, your responsibilities will include: Provide functional support and administration of people systems, maintaining data accuracy and delivering continuous improvements and process management of all People systems;Support the delivery of our People and Performance Dashboard and provide regular support to people reporting;Provide administrative and technical support for key stakeholders, such as systems support, ad hoc report requests, and process and procedure support;Support the delivery of system changes and projects - project end to end, including user testing, training, and implementation, acting as the super user and administrator for all people systems;Collaborate with internal and external technical resources to coordinate system change activities that deliver outcomes for our customers;Provide support to the wider People, Performance & Culture team during peak periods.

The successful candidate will have: Tertiary qualification (minimum degree level) in Information Technology, Human Resources, Business, Mathematics or similarPrevious experience in Administration role would be an advantage but not essentialIntermediate to advanced level of computing skills, proficiency in MS including: Word, Excel, PowerPoint is mandatoryExposure to and having a working knowledge of People systems (Engagement Platforms, Learning Management Systems and HRIS) would be an advantage but not essentialThe ability to multi-task and deal with a variety of activities within a fast paced, volume-oriented role to meet conflicting deadlines; andIt’s also important that you are a strong team player with an appetite for learning and a love for delivering results.
