We need a Project Manager to work with our teams that assist both government and private clients. Our teams have always worked a hybrid model of at home and at client sites and we have a strong digital cloud-based work regime that means we are totally productive in both working environments. Hence, we are open to any locations and remote work for this position.
About you
The Project Manager is accountable for delivering high level complex IT projects from creation through to completion - research, design, scope, plan and support including the administration, communication, resources management, governance, timeliness, budget adherence, governance and stakeholder management. All services must be delivered with a high level of customer service.
Aside from key technical abilities, you must have strong management skills to motivate teams to implement work processes whilst meeting client requirements.
As a Project Manager, you will work under broad direction with work being self-initiated and are highly organised, meeting service and quality objectives and milestones.
You will have a clear framework of accountability and be fully responsible for meeting technical / project / managerial objectives.
Project Managers work closely with the Client Delivery Manager to ensure business as usual activities are not impacted. You will lead user/client collaboration throughout all stages of work ensuring all stakeholders' needs are met consistently through each work stage.
Financial tracking to ensure budgetary objectives are met and adjusting project constraints based on financial analysis is essential.
Your high standard communication skills - interpersonal, verbal (collaboration and negotiation) and business writing skills will make you successful in the way you work with our clients.
You will display business judgment in anticipating client/project needs and developing alternative solutions within an acceptable risk level.
These positions can be based out of Canberra, Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide and Brisbane. Candidates must be Australian Citizens and have current NV1 clearance minimum to be considered. This role will require you to obtain and maintain an Australian Government NV2 security clearance.
