Office Manager, Australian Clinical Psychology Association
About the role
We are seeking a highly organised and efficient Membership Administrator to join our team at the Australian Clinical Psychology Association (ACPA). This part-time role is working from anywhere in Australia and will be responsible for managing all aspects of our membership program as well as providing general administrative support to the organisation.
What you'll be doing
* Coordinate the administration of our membership platform, including maintaining up-to-date membership records
* Liaise with members to address enquiries and provide excellent customer service
* Distribute broadcast emails via the website to members and other distribution lists as approved by the President
* Monitor and track lapsed members including contacting lapsed members to encourage renewal and request feedback on membership
* Analyse member information and recommend a solution for any issues
* Providing Board support such as compiling membership data into reports for monthly National Board meetings
* Troubleshoot website/member forum issues as they arise, including updating the website as required and responding individually to members as required. Ensure website content is up to date. Familiarity with website management systems required.
* Assist with the coordination of ACPA's events, workshops and conferences
* Other membership related support duties as required by the President
* Support the broader team with ad-hoc tasks and projects as required
What we're looking for
* Proven experience in a similar membership or administrative support role
* Excellent customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written
* Strong organisational and time management abilities with the capacity to prioritise and multitask
* Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and database management
* Knowledge of the not-for-profit or membership-based sectors would be highly regarded

The Australian Clinical Psychology Association (ACPA) is the national professional body that represents clinical psychologists who hold the accredited post-graduate qualifications that meet the criteria established by the Psychology Board of Australia (PsyBA) for endorsement in clinical psychology.
