The role will provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers including responding to enquiries promptly and professionally. Providing assistance in the delivery of the day-to-day operations of the Infrastructure Department through administrative support to the General Manager Infrastructure, Infrastructure Managers and Coordinator Infrastructure Services. Manage administrative staff to ensure adequate level of resourcing across the team. The successful applicant will have previous relevant experience in an administration role providing a high level of customer service and support in a busy work environment with proven ability to work effectively within a team, establish work priorities and meet deadlines.
