Be a part of a large complex organisation and bring your exceptional payroll and data analysis skills!The RoleThese positions require someone who can:Check and quality assure the accurate processing of the fortnightly remuneration within processing timeframes and provide advice on more complex remuneration matters.Provide audit support to the Team Leader Remuneration.Ensure standardised processes and procedures are applied across the remuneration team.Ensure that administrative duties are undertaken including maintaining electronic and paper-based records.Maintain an awareness of contemporary and relevant HR trends with an emphasis on Remuneration matters.Produce HR and Payroll reports as required.Analyse HR systems/Payroll data. What You Will NeedExperience in the full range of remuneration services in a complex organisation using a computerised Human Resource Management Information System.Demonstrated experience in providing advice on relevant Acts, Awards, Agreements, policies and procedures. These are short-term contracts initially offered for 3 months with the possibility of extension.
