Business Analyst (Workplace Communications Upgrade Project)
Our client seeks a resource experienced in business analysis to assist with the business transition from an analogue telephone network to a Cisco IP telephony ecosystem.
The scope of this procurement is to provide business analyst tasks to assist the Project Team to deliver seven major project products which:
* Implement a Cisco-designed IP telephony network utilizing Cisco Webex DI cloud and on-premises infrastructure.
* Migrate existing and create new call centres utilizing Cisco Webex Contact Centre software.
* Integrate SIP IP telephony into the new Zetron Novus consoles.
* Implement Cisco Webex Softphone technology.
* Implement Unify CP400 IP handsets in the Network Control Centre.
* Decommission of fax services and hardware.
* Convert analogue end point telephony devices to IP technology.
* Business approved fault resolution process document for the future state Zetron Novus telephony system.
* Business approved fault resolution process document for the future state public facing and network telephony endpoints.
* Business approved fault resolution process for future state Webex softphone application.
* Business approved fault resolution process for future state Webex DI calling cloud services.
* Business approved Webex softphone request process.
* Business approved Webex Contact Centre request process.
* Business approved Cisco 730 wireless headset request process.
Business Analyst scope
* Engage client’s telephony stakeholders and gather project business requirements.
* Document and review existing telephony processes with consultation from the business.
* Create new future state telephony processes with consultation from the business.
* Undertake business analysis tasks as directed by the Project Manager or Project Board.
Will need demonstrated experience reviewing and creating business process documentation within and Operational technology or Information technology enterprise environment.
