Client & Sales Administration Support (Aboriginal Identified Role)

ABOUT THE ROLE
As the Sales Coordinator, you will be responsible for delivering customer service to account customers by operating as the key internal administrative contact. Support the Sales Manager, Senior Account Manager, Account Managers, customers, and the team through actively assisting them in driving sales and exceeding customer expectations.
Excellent administrative skills are essential in this role, Previous experience in a Sales role isn't required - those with strong data entry skills and computer literacy will be suitable duties will include but are not limited to:
1. Providing strong client support in a prompt and professional manner
2. Generating daily backorder reports and analysis
3. Supporting the team by actively managing KPI performance- highlighting and offering solutions for low stock levels or system issues
4. Anticipating future stock issues and communicating to team
5. Daily reviews of what is open/allocated/pick for each client
6. Be the primary point of contact for customer service for order related issues.
7. Support the team for customer indent ordering period
8. Work with other departments across the business as required to identify issues and deliver results within the scheduled timeframe
9. Review client orders at the close of each indent ordering period against forecast POs placed with the suppliers to identify exceptions.
10. Provide monthly reports for team on all outgoing styles, opening stock, sales, closing stock - units and $ value
11. Produce accurate data to team to facilitate forecasting and increase visibility of sales
12. Produce scheduled contracted reporting for clients that presents the months sales, KPI results and current stock holding for the client within contracted days
