The Department of Education is offering attractive incentives of up to $38K (this is made up of a location incentive of up to $21K, an additional potential $9K relocation incentive and another potential $8K in supplements for the successful ECT). The sessional kindergarten role is at the Kathleen Kelly Kindergarten. We are seeking an experienced kindergarten teacher for their mixed-age (3 and 4 years old) room of 22 children. The role could be part-time (22.5 hours) OR full-time hours (which would be a combination of sessional kinder and the school readiness program). You'll work closely with vulnerable families with the option to take on additional hours in the school readiness program. The service has one of the largest outdoor play spaces in Mildura, featuring big trees that offer natural shade and create a welcoming atmosphere for children! Mildura Central Early Learning Centre is a long daycare service which caters for children from 6 weeks to 6 years of age. They are seeking an experienced full-time kindergarten teacher to lead the kinder room for 22 children in a long day care setting, supported by an educator and inclusion specialist and is a mixed group of 3- and 4-year-old children. You will join a dedicated team of early childhood professionals providing care for 78 children. The role we have in Robinvale is at Robinvale Preschool Centre. The Department of Education is offering attractive incentives of up to $67K (this is made up for a location incentive of up to $50K, with an additional potential $9K relocation incentive and up to another potential $8K in supplements for the successful ECT to relocate for this role). Robinvale Preschool Centre is a not-for profit service that offers both three- and four-year-old programs. The ECT role provides care and education for up to 33 children per day in the 3-year-old kinder room. This role is part-time, (32hrs p/wk) OR full-time (which would be a combination of sessional kinder and the school readiness program). The team at Robinvale Preschool Centre have dedicated themselves to ensure that the children's needs, strengths and interests are being met in a manner which allows them to play, explore, laugh, discover, problem solve and most importantly, have fun. You will be responsible for; Play-Based Learning: Implement a play-based approach to foster children's development and love for learning. Educational Planning: Plan and deliver engaging education programs with a strong focus on early literacy, numeracy, and social skills to prepare children for formal schooling. Family Partnerships: Build meaningful relationships with families to achieve the best outcomes for each child. Collaborative Work Environment: Foster a collaborative work environment by supporting and working closely with educators, emphasising a one-team approach. Duties Include: Planning, implementing, and evaluating programs that reflect the emerging skills, interests, and developmental needs of children. Preparing, implementing, and evaluating a play-based, developmentally appropriate program for individual children and groups, recognising social and cultural diversity. Fostering children's learning through modelling and creating a responsive play-based learning environment that highlights children's interests, strengths, and abilities.
