We are seeking a talented Chef de Partie to join our dedicated kitchen brigade.
As Chef de Partie, you will:
1. Assist Sous & Executive Chef to maintain the effective operation of the kitchen
2. Ensure high quality and presentation of food provided to guests, according to property standards and timeframes of service
3. Maintain a safe clean and organised work environment with emphasis on high food safety standards
4. Train and mentor Kitchen Team of Demi, Commis, Cooks, apprentices and Stewards
What we are looking for:
5. Someone who has ambition, raw talent, and a passion for food
6. Demonstrated ability to oversee and coordinate kitchen brigade applying strong leadership and interpersonal skills
7. The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-stakes, team environment
8. The possession of recognised culinary training and employment experience
9. A commercial cookery certification and preferably, you will have obtained safe food handling certificate or food safety supervisor
