As a Roster Coordinator in our Workforce Management team based in Adelaide, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our workforce through effective roster management. This is an opportunity for someone detail-oriented and proactive who thrives on transformation and change. Your role will be instrumental in maintaining compliance with policies, meeting operational requirements, and fostering positive relationships with stakeholders.
As a Roster Coordinator, you’ll make a positive impact by:
* Responding to employee enquiries via phone and email, ensuring prompt and accurate assistance
* Managing and triaging requests using the ServiceNow system with a high level of accuracy
* Handling employee absence notifications and roster adjustments to maximise shift fill rates
* Ensuring all shift offers and rostering processes comply with company policies and standards
* Communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders to support seamless operations

To be successful in this role, you’ll have:
* Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and general technical competency
* Minimum one year of experience in a customer service or administrative role
* Excellent organisational and communication skills, with high attention to detail
* Ability to work autonomously and proactively in a fast-paced environment
