As a Senior Account Executive at Marsh, you will play a pivotal role in implementing Client First Principles across a diverse portfolio of medium to large accounts within our Corporate practice. Your focus will be on delivering exceptional customer service while consistently achieving revenue and expense budgets. You will manage client accounts end-to-end, support the Managing Principal, and mentor junior colleagues, including Account Executives and Assistant Account Executives.

10. Stay informed about major classes of General insurance and relevant legislation, ensuring compliance and knowledge of new developments.
What you need to have:
11. Tier 1 qualification.
12. 5+ years of experience in insurance broking or underwriting.
13. Proven experience managing a portfolio of large commercial and corporate accounts.
14. Strong commercial acumen and excellent client service skills, delivering technical, administrative, and consulting support.
