We are currently partnering with a highly respected client within their particular industry, who is looking for someone to join their team, in a Customer Service & Administrator position on a permanent full-time basis. The role will both be reporting to the Customer Service Sales Administration Manager. We are looking for someone to start ASAP Key Responsibilities- • Process all customer orders received and ensure all the details are correct – orders being worth up to $100,000 and quite complex • Assist in managing stock availability to achieve KPIs and finalise orders for customers • Send balance payment requests and follow them up in a timely manner • Note customers’ credit limits and ensure their account status is correctly on hold or active • Assist customers with stock check requests and answer any queries they may have • Provide pricing quotes to customers as requested • Ensure customers are kept up to date regarding the status of their orders • Develop and maintain relationships with both internal and external stakeholders About You- • Confident with the Microsoft Office Suite and Netsuite would be advantageous • Not phased working in a high-volume and fast-paced environment • Great time management and communication skills (both verbal and written) • Previous experience in a similar role, processing complex and high-volume orders Benefits for You- • WFH 2 days a week • Be immersed in a great tight-knit team culture • Onsite Parking • Appealing Staff Discounts • ASAP Start To apply online please click on the appropriate link and send your resume in WORD format.
