Details of Position: - Assist to manage the operation of the Department
- Build up strong customer relationship
- Drives sales through effective merchandising and promotional activity
- Build up strong customer relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and complaints resolution
- Provide feedback to staff about performance and expectations
- Responsible for managing the operation of the department, the flow of goods and improving the efficiency of employees
- Prepare sales and retail-related reports
Job Requirement
Qualifications Requirement: High School
Experience Requirement: 8 Years
Computer Application: Not need
Others: - With at least 8 years solid working experience in retail industry preferably with 4 years in jewellry or management
- Strong communication and customer service skill
- Good communication and written skills on both English and Chinese including Cantonese and Mandarin
- Strong business sense, with logical thinking and analytical ability
- Good leadership with ability to coach and motivate sales team to achieve sales target and high sense of responsibility
- Ability to work Saturdays and Sundays on a rotational roster
- Ability to work with POS systems, Microsoft applications and portable devices
**Candidates with more solid & relevant working experience and management in jewellery retail industry will be considered for the post of Jewellery Sales Manager**
