Our Finance, Risk & Cyber practice supports our clients whenever a concern or big decision arises. We support clients to achieve outcomes for communities that are increasingly seeking trusted sources of information around issues like organisational governance and integrity, cyber risk, organisational risk (including workforce and people), integrity of data, commitment to sustainability and climate change, as well as the efficiency and effectiveness of transformation programs and projects.
We currently have open consultant roles within our Core Risk practices covering governance, risk, compliance and project assurance.
The Role
In this role, you will create value by:
* Working in multi-disciplinary teams to support day-to-day delivery of client engagements across areas such as driving capability uplift in risk management, assessing organisational culture, validating appropriateness of organisational and/or program governance arrangements and helping organisations better deliver their biggest initiatives.
* Help solve client problems by analysing data, conducting research, participating in interviews and synthesising information.
* Taking an inquisitive mindset to developing findings and pragmatic recommendations that will support success in our clients’ most impactful projects. This could involve informing strategic advice, identifying key risk areas for executive attention and supporting alignment of delivery processes to better practice.
* Building relationships within the firm and with clients to help deepen your impact on clients’ most pressing issues.
* Demonstrating a curious mindset, willingness for continuous learning and innovation.
* Continuous learning of project delivery methodologies and frameworks that can be tailored to support emerging trends within organisational governance, program governance, risk and compliance, including eGRC platforms, artificial intelligence, and process automation.

Technically, you will bring to the position:
* A bachelor's degree, ideally in a relevant field such as accounting, business, behavioural economics, legal, organisational psychology, risk management, governance, compliance, investigations, evaluation, fraud or audit, project management.
* 1-3 years' relevant experience (e.g. working in teams to complete outputs, dealing with clients or customers, managing multiple priorities, supporting high-performance).
* Good interpersonal and verbal communication skills, with the ability to conduct interviews with clients.
* Good business writing skills, with the ability to convey complex information concisely and effectively.
* Excellent self-organisation and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
* A proactive mindset and proven ability to quickly pick up new concepts.
* Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with the ability to think strategically and make informed decisions.
* An understanding of technology and its impact on organisations and the workforce.
