About Your Role As a Talent Acquisition Partner at Harrison.ai, you will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to support our ambitious growth plans across the Harrison.ai group of companies. What You'll Do: Crafting and executing recruitment strategies that help us expand our footprint across key global markets such as UK, EU, and broader APAC, Running the full recruitment cycle - from initial conversations to celebrating accepted offers for a broad range of disciplines such as Engineering, Clinical Research and GTM teams, Getting creative with sourcing strategies and building meaningful relationships with candidates, Using your expertise with recruitment tools and data to make smart hiring decisions, Building and engaging diverse talent pools that reflect the communities we serve, and Keeping your finger on the pulse of recruitment trends and bringing fresh ideas to the table.
