We were named a LinkedIn Top Startup, one of Lawyers Weekly's Top 25 Attraction Firms, and Law Firm of the Year at the Australasian Law Awards.About The RoleIn your role as a Partnerships Coordinator, you'll be responsible for enabling and supporting the Partnerships Team to grow LegalVision's network of partners across Australia and New Zealand, which encompasses professional services firms, VC firms, and tech platforms.Your responsibilities will include:Supporting the Partnerships Team in maintaining key relationships with strategic partners, ensuring their clients' legal needs are effectively met and that the sales process is seamless.Doing proactive outreach to new potential, high-value partners and scheduling meetings with the Head of Partnerships.Owning your own partner relationships to ensure the flow of referred leads is growing.Managing outbound referrals for LegalVision clients requiring the services of our bank of partners.Supporting the project management of events and marketing campaigns aimed at generating a consistent flow of inbound partners and referred leads.Providing administrative support to improve the overall efficiency of the partnership function, including coordinating commission calculations and payments and running reporting.The Ideal CandidateYou are a self-starter and an organised go-getter who executes tasks and drives results while keeping an eye on the bigger picture.You are commercially minded and focused.You are a strong communicator and can quickly build rapport with new and existing stakeholders.You enjoy working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment and thrive under pressure.Note that experience in the legal industry is not a prerequisite for this role, nor is direct partnerships experience.
