About the Role: As a brand experiencing significant growth, we are seeking a dynamic E-Commerce Content Coordinator to help shape the future of our wholesale and retail presence. In this role, you will be crucial in managing and optimising content across our digital platforms. With a keen eye for detail, your creativity and ability to adapt to trends will directly contribute to enhancing our online presence and customer experience. The ideal candidate will have experience in the apparel industry and a strong appreciation for high-quality digital content, ensuring a seamless and engaging shopping experience for our customers. Key responsibilities include: Managing online product listings, descriptions and images in AP21 and on the website, ensuring content is current and accurate. Maintain an indexed digital library of content assets in Cloudinary. Implement SEO best practices to boost organic search visibility. Manage the scheduling and publishing of content according to the calendar or promotions, events and product launches. Monitor and manage customer feedback on the website according to our brand strategy, ensuring a positive customer experience. Conduct regular audits and testing to enhance website functionality. Develop functional automations to improve efficiencies. Skills and experience required: Shopify Plus Headless experience. Experience with Sanity, Netlify, Klaviyo, Google Analytics, Looker, power analytics to track website performance and user engagement. Apparel 21 experience is highly regarded. Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS, and more advanced web development skills, to manage website content effectively. Familiarity with digital asset management tools and SEO practices to enhance product visibility and drive traffic. Understanding of digital marketing strategies including SEO, PPC, EDM, social media marketing. Quick problem-solving abilities to address issues like website downtime, payment gateway problems, or customer service concerns promptly.
