The Role:
Monday – Friday, this role will see you reporting directly to a reputable Director who provides plenty of support and structure. With your own dedicated Leasing Consultant, Junior Property Manager and Administrator for support, your day-to-day responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
* Managing a neat and tidy portfolio of 180 properties
* Communicating effectively with landlords
* Ensure Repairs and maintenance are completed
* Manage and Conduct routine inspections
* Handling Rent Reviews
* Tribunal attendance
* NO Accounts, NO Leasing, and NO Weekends
The Candidate:
* Previous Property Management Experience
* A current Real Estate Certificate of Registration & driver’s license
* High level of professionalism
* Commitment to providing superior customer service
* Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
* High level of customer service and excellent rapport-building skills
* A positive approach with a strong customer focus
