We would like to hear from passionate, dedicated and customercentric Front Office Coordinator’s interested in working on a part-timebasis.
In this role, you will work 3 days a week and help tokeep everything running to plan so that our clinicians are free to focus onlooking after our patients. We believe that you’ll be a pivotal part of theteam, so we’ll give you all the support, training and development you need tothrive.
1. Part time – Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday 8:15am – 5:45pm

3. Dental admin experience highly valued but not essential
4. Close to Public transport
The Heart of the Role:
5. Meeting and greeting patients, providing a great first impression
6. Supporting the Practice Manager and clinical team with the smooth running of the practice
7. Booking and amending appointments, answering the phone, updating patient records
8. Making patients aware of dental services and offers
9. Handling payments and Hi-Caps
10. Accessing sensitive information whilst maintaining patient confidentiality
What you'll bring:
11. Ability to keep calm and professional in a fast-paced environment
12. Previous administration or reception experience, with some people management exposure
13. Personable, positive, and enthusiastic with a great customer focus
14. Efficient with Microsoft Word and Outlook
15. Strong communication and organisation skills
