Job Description
* Develop and implement HR and safety policies that align with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
* Conduct thorough workplace safety audits to identify areas of improvement and provide actionable recommendations.
* Provide expert advice on compliance with HR and safety legislation to ensure the organization remains up-to-date with the latest regulations.
* Manage employee relations investigations and resolve conflicts in a fair and timely manner.
* Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and training of staff to ensure a smooth transition into new roles.
* Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture that fosters growth and development among employees.
* Coordinate with management on workforce planning and strategy to ensure optimal resource allocation.
* Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics, including benefits, performance management, and policy interpretation.
Key Responsibilities
1. Relevant qualifications in Human Resources and/or Workplace Safety.
2. Proficiency in HR systems and databases.
3. Knowledge of HR and safety laws and regulations.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
6. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
