Roberts Digital is seeking an Advertising Specialist who brings both a strategic mindset and hands-on expertise in campaign development and execution.

As an Advertising Specialist, you will collaborate with executives and clients, utilising data-driven insights to optimize advertising strategies and reach targeted audiences effectively.
Key Responsibilities: Develop advertising policies and strategies aligned with sales objectives, including budget planning, campaign structuring, persona creation, audience targeting, and crafting offers that drive action.
Advise executives and clients on strategic advertising initiatives to enhance consumer awareness, promote brand attributes, and achieve marketing goals.
Execute advertising campaigns across multiple digital channels (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Google) within time and budget constraints.
Coordinate production activities including artwork, copywriting, media scripting, and placement for digital and traditional media, ensuring creative consistency and high-quality deliverables based on research and market characteristics Analyse consumer data, interpret patterns, and predict trends to guide advertising direction and optimise campaign impact.
Recommend effective landing page layouts and work with development teams to implement requirements that enhance the customer journey and maximise conversions.
Track and report on conversion rates and campaign performance metrics to inform future strategy and client recommendations.
Develop and support campaigns with segmented, automated email marketing initiatives, particularly using tools like ActiveCampaign, to engage target audiences effectively.
Generate monthly performance reports to evaluate campaign effectiveness, provide data-driven insights, and adjust strategies based on results.
Provide insights and guidance on various elements of marketing, including product mix, pricing, advertising, sales promotions, distribution channels, and more to support overall business growth and marketing objectives.
Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
Proven experience in successfully managing pay-per-click advertising campaigns, preferably with Google Ads certification or willingness to obtain it.
Strong knowledge of email marketing and automation platforms such as ActiveCampaign.
Excellent analytical skills for assessing consumer patterns, predicting trends, and identifying market opportunities.
Experience coordinating specialised advertising production activities, including media placement, artwork, and copywriting.
