Ensures stock compliance within specification is available for manufacture. Ensures compliance with key performance indicators for PMCC Cryopreservation Administrative Data entry Liaises with: clinicians and internal clients, other pathology scientific, technical and administrative staff and all other relevant internal and external stake holders Professional approach to patient care, service confidentiality and provision of pathology/testing services. Update and Maintain patient folders/documentation and databases 2. Logistics management and project implementation of cellular therapy products Assists in coordination and communication for logistics management of Cellular therapy projects Assists in document updates for various standard of care and clinical trial projects within Cryopreservation department Participates in training for standard of care and clinical trial cellular therapy projects Assists in Shipment and receipt of frozen and room temperature products and completion of associated documents and databases Update and Maintain patient folder and databases 3. Equipment is calibrated and maintained according to laboratory policy & procedures All documentation is completed including procedures, maintenance records and quality assurance procedures according to laboratory, NATA /ISO 15189 and cGMP standards and protocols. 4. Clinically significant results and NCRs are reported to requesting clinicians and external clients according to PMCC Cryopreservation protocol Episode records and Non-Conformances (NCR) are communicated to the clinician and quality and production nominees as per PMCC Cryopreservation procedures The ACT medical lead, senior scientist, cryopreservation manager, nursing staff and clinical quality is notified of any significant processing or product defects in a timely manner. This is also to be communicated to the Operations Director. Contribute to the timely investigation and resolution of non-conformance events in cryopreservation laboratory Participates in generation of reports of PMCC Cryopreservation activities as requested by ACT/Clinical haematology leadership team. Key Accountabilities (Contd) 5. Quality Assurance Participates in internal and external Quality Assurance programs Adheres to quality systems and procedures of the PMCC Cryopreservation Adheres to PMCC Cryopreservation requirements as specified by the PMCC Cryopreservation and Quality managers and their delegates Assists in Validation of all new processes and equipment as required. Promptly reports all non-procedural breakdowns and incidents by means of the PMCC Cryopreservation non-conformance reporting system Participates in educational activities including attendance at internal and external training courses, clinical and scientific meetings Documentation of manufacturing protocols and test methods according to NATA/ISO 15189 standards and cGMP 6.
