We are seeking an experienced and proactive Personal Assistant to support the Director in a busy, fast-paced environment. This is a contract role available until the end of December, with the potential for extension.
About the Role
The Personal Assistant will provide high-level administrative support, ensuring smooth operations through effective communication, prioritisation, and organisation of tasks.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide executive support to the Director, including managing communications, schedules, and task prioritisation
* Collaborate effectively with a variety of stakeholders, ensuring smooth information flow and coordination
* Utilise IT and communication tools, such as databases, spreadsheets, and word processing, for efficient documentation and record-keeping
* Coordinate travel arrangements and logistical support for the Director
* Independently manage multiple administrative tasks, meeting critical deadlines and adapting to changing priorities
About You
To excel in this role, you will need:
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable engaging with diverse groups
* Proven organisational skills, with the ability to handle complex, multi-tasking environments
* Proficiency in office IT systems, particularly in managing databases, spreadsheets, and documents
* Familiarity with Trello for task management (advantageous)
* Demonstrated ability to work both collaboratively and independently, exercising initiative and sound judgement
* Experience with booking travel arrangements (advantageous
