La Cantina is an established Italian restaurant, situated in Narrabundah shops which has been opened for 15 years. We require a strong, passionate, organised & highly motivated Head Chef to work in our team.
You will:
1. Have minimum cert 3 & 4 in commercial cookery
2. Have minimum 3 years of experience in a supervising position
3. Have the skills and knowledge of Italian Cuisine
4. Construct menus with new or existing culinary creations ensuring the variety and quality of the servings
5. Exceptional proven ability in kitchen management
6. Manage the food production, starting from the preparation to the final presentation
7. Overall responsibility for daily operations in the kitchen
