Led by an experienced and knowledgeable Managing Director, our client offers a robust pipeline of premium developments and exceptional opportunities for talented sales professionals.
WHY THIS ROLE STANDS OUT Strong pipeline of premium apartment and townhouse developments to sell Work with a well-established, customer-led sales & marketing business Enjoy significant autonomy and flexibility in managing your portfolio - fifty to sixty million dollars worth of stock to currently sell, with more in the pipeline Partner with leading property developers in Melbourne's North East Corridor Join an experienced, well-connected team in a high-growth environment THE OPPORTUNITY Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you'll have access to an established pipeline of high-quality stock within a designated area.
Your responsibilities include: Manage and convert leads for premium off-the-plan apartment and townhouse developments Build and nurture relationships with buyers, guiding them through the entire sales process Leverage market insights to position projects effectively and maximize sales outcomes Manage your portfolio independently while collaborating with an experienced, high-performing team THE IDEAL CANDIDATE Holds a VIC Agent's Representative Certificate Brings 3-7+ years of experience in off-the-plan property sales Available to work five days a week, including weekends (with flexibility available) Demonstrates a driven, relationship-focused approach to high-end residential sales This role offers genuine autonomy, flexibility, and access to a strong development pipeline—perfect for a motivated sales professional ready to excel in a dynamic, high-growth environment.
