About the Role As a Finance Officer, you will manage the College's accounts receivable function, ensuring accurate processing of invoices, payments, and financial records. You will be responsible for issuing invoices and statements, handling fee-related enquiries, negotiating payment plans, and maintaining detailed communication records. The role also involves liaising with parents and guardians to resolve payment issues, working with debt collection agencies, and ensuring compliance with financial policies. Additionally, the Finance Officer supports financial reporting, budgeting, and administrative functions, contributing to the smooth operation of the College's Finance, Business, and Administrative teams.
