About the Role This role plays a significant part in the lives of Healthcare customers. The role is responsible for setting up, onboarding, and coordinating the supply and education of medical and home oxygen products to patients. You will ensure the needs of this critical customer base are met for product information, patient education, pricing, orders, and deliveries
This is a Hybrid opportunity with work from home days (3days). No heavy sales involved. Other responsibilities will include: Respond promptly to customer inquiries through various channels whilst maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers alwaysHandle customer requests relating to product information, pricing, process and policy, account opening, patient education, order placement and follow up, delivery enquiries etcResolve customer enquiries by clarifying their requirement; processing their request or providing them a solution to their enquiry; following up to ensure resolution of root causeFulfil customer request by understanding their needs; using the correct transition type; entering all necessary information accurately; following up transaction where necessary to ensure customer's needs are metResolve, record and escalate customer complaintsProviding feedback to CSC leadership of any gaps or inefficiencies with customer service processes.
