We are seeking a driven individual with excellent interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence to lead and coordinate the delivery of library services to the Western Australian community.

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead a team focused on customer service outcomes and venue operations management.
* Oversight of volunteering across the State Library of WA.
* Collaborate with Team Leader Information Services and Manager Public Libraries and Information Services to develop and deliver responsive services.
