Join Compass Group Australia as a Learning Content Designer & Leadership Facilitator, a unique role combining digital content creation (50%) with leadership development facilitation (50%). In this dual-focused role, you’ll have the opportunity to shape learning experiences, coach leaders, and directly contribute to our success in safety, operational excellence, people development, and client satisfaction. The Role: Design and develop interactive e-learning programs using tools like Articulate 360 to enhance employee skill development and performance. Facilitate onboarding and leadership workshops for Supervisors and Unit Managers, covering topics such as people management, safety, financials, and operational excellence. Use technology to deliver innovative and engaging learning experiences aligned with organisational objectives. Analyse learner feedback to measure the effectiveness of training programs and identify areas for improvement. Collaborate with Operations and subject matter experts to align training programs with business needs and ensure new leaders are set up for success. Support operations in establishing onboarding and development plans, ensuring completion of all required training. The Person Proven experience in digital learning content design using tools like Articulate 360 and Adobe Premiere Pro. Strong facilitation skills with experience delivering leadership programs and workshops. Operational understanding of standard operating procedures and processes. Excellent communication, influencing, and coaching abilities. Strong organisational and project management skills. Cert IV in Training and Assessment (desirable).
