Your new role
As System Administrator, you will provide system and database administration, involving the management of user accounts, identity management systems and general systems and hardware. You will support Microsoft 365 and software licencing, whilst also researching and developing new system strategies. You will monitor and maintain server, storage and network devices, ensuring the proactive maintenance and security of key systems.
In this role, you will provide a multi-level support offering to employees and external users. You will liaise with staff and contractors to complete service requests by investigating and resolving a range of complex issues. Management reports and dashboards will be prepared by you to provide insights into systems to aid decision-making.
This role involves promoting a safe and inclusive workplace and ensuring compliance with legal and ISO standards.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this role, you will have a relevant IT degree and certifications in systems administration and network-related fields. You will have working knowledge of Microsoft and database technologies, Active Directory, Exchange, ESX (VMware), MS SQL, Citrix, System Centre Configuration Manager (SCCM), Power BI, storage management and systems administration.

You will also need the ability to gain a Maritime Security Identification Card and WA Driver's License.
