THE ROLE
* Ensure works meets client expectations and is completed to specification and quality standards
* Analyse technical drawings, interpreting specifications and determining electrical components required on our marine projects
* Compile and review QA/QC documentation (ITP’s, RFI’s etc) and associated reporting
* Coordinate suppliers and sub-contractors
* De-conflict with various stakeholders
* Plan and monitor progress, equipment and personnel
* Diagnose issues and problem solve
* Track procurement activities
* Program and schedule electrical and commissioning works
* Ensure compliance with HSE requirements
ABOUT YOU
* Experience in a similar role, preferably from within the construction project delivery space
* Tertiary qualification in Electrical Engineering or trade background with experience in quality management of largescale electrical projects.
* Experience in HV/substations, industrial electrical installations, instrumentation, security, ICT and controls systems
* The ability to positively influence, develop and maintain stakeholder relationships
* Proven problem-solving ability and can ‘think outside the box’
* A genuine passion and desire for the safety of self and others
* Excellent attention to detail and the ability to prioritise and manage deadlines
