This role also involves helping with switchboard operations, registering inpatients, outpatients, and day patients, including both elective and emergency cases. The officer monitors alarms, emergency procedures, and operates paging and public address systems to ensure smooth hospital operations. This vital role contributes to the seamless delivery of care and ensures efficient administrative processes across the facility. Looking for a change in scenery? – Administration Roles About You: Demonstrated experience in the provision of a clerical/administrative support service, including the maintenance of records and systems. Demonstrated experience in office procedures and office equipment (ie: photocopier, printers, facsimile, etc). Demonstrated experience in the use of computer-based resources (ie: Microsoft Office, email, Excel, data entry).
