Staff Australia, based at Acacia Ridge is seeking a Recruitment Consultant to join the team. You will be working alongside the Operations Team for Staff Australia where you will be given ongoing support, and the tools needed to succeed in this exciting role. As a Recruitment Consultant, it will be your task to find that perfect candidate for our clients, the one that stands out from 'average joe' and who will be of value to their business. We are not your typical recruitment agency. We have a very strong team relationship, where we respect each other, and our philosophy is based on honest and open communication. We treat our consultants professionally and enjoy our outgoing and friendly culture. Your role would include, but is not limited to: Resourcing candidates, conducting one on one interviews and reference checking Managing and completing new candidate files and associated materials Taking job orders from clients and assisting the operations team with despatching Completing and submitting client reports and rosters Providing a high level of customer service, both face to face and over the phone Assisting Candidates with payroll enquiries What you will bring: A genuine interest in Recruitment A willingness to learn and succeed Transferable skills from previous work experience The ability to work autonomously and in a team Intermediate computer & MS office skills Great work ethic, flexible, and can-do attitude. The ability to multi-tasking with an eye for detail Outgoing, energetic, and friendly personality with strong relationship building skills and evidence working in a phone-based role with maturity and confidence in own abilities.
