What does the job look like?
Linfox’s Intermodal business unit are currently seeking an Operations Administrator to join the team located in Townsville QLD. As a part of this role, you will be responsible for assisting the operational staff in any daily activities, data entry, enquires from internal and external stakeholders, payroll, POD’s, reporting and general administration duties. We currently have a permanent full-time opportunity available working Monday to Friday, starting from 8:00am and finishing at 4:30pm. Key areas:
1. Accurate data entry of financial data into a variety of internal systems and Excel.
2. Assisting with monitoring of driver run sheets on a daily basis.
3. Generate daily and weekly reports for customers and senior staff members.
4. Oversee filing and archiving of all documents.
5. Manage and order all office supplies.
6. Provide operational staff with administrative support where needed.
7. Providing excellent customer service to our key clients.

8. Proven experience in an administrative or support function within the transport industry is desired.
9. Sound communication skills to manage the expectations of various stakeholders within the organisation.
10. Experience using SAP is an advantage.
11. Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, such as Word and Excel.
12. Excellent time management skills.
13. Positive attitude and drive to assist the operations team in all aspects of Admin.
