Our client is on the lookout for marketing and communications manager to grow the digital side of the business and create more of a digital footprint for the business. This marketing professional will have experience in strategy and digital exposure by utilizing SEO and paid word search.
The Role:
The Marketing Manager is responsible for executing strategic marketing initiatives, managing the outbound marketing calendar, and monitoring KPIs through the marketing dashboard. Key duties include conducting market research, overseeing database management, and driving database growth. The role requires strong organisation, data-driven decision-making, and collaboration to align marketing efforts with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
* Implement and manage digital marketing campaigns across various channels
* Create and distribute monthly EDM’s
* Develop comprehensive marketing strategies
* Develop a social media content calendar for each business, and optimise and maintain social media presence and engagement on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube
* Design visually compelling marketing materials and ensure alignment with branding guidelines
* Maintain and update website content, and review SEO optimisation
* Develop and publish regular blog posts
* Maintain Google My Business profile
* Partner with internal teams and vendors to support marketing and design initiatives
* Dashboard (KPI monitoring and managing)
* Market research
* Database management and growth
What We’re Looking For:
* Proven track record in managing digital marketing campaigns.
* Excellent communication skills, with a strong client focus and the ability to clearly convey technical details.
* Strong organisational and time management abilities to handle multiple projects and priorities across various business units.
* At least 3 years of experience in digital marketing, ideally within a multi-disciplinary or diverse business environment.
* Proficiency in using graphic design software to create high-quality design materials.
* Expertise in professional social media management, including content creation aligned with marketing strategies for various platforms and performance tracking.
* Demonstrated ability to develop and analyse effective email marketing campaigns.
* Solid understanding of SEO principles, with experience in SEO optimisation and website management (WordPress).
