The Administration Officer will provide extensive administration and clerical support to ensure the smooth day to day functioning of this Department. Typically, the Grade 2 officer greets and registers patients, answers phone calls and emails enquiries, does filing, makes appointments and assists with PBRC billing for all Endocrine clinics and services (General Endocrine, Thyroid Clinic, Bone Clinic, Antenatal Thyroid Clinic, BMD, Endocrine Dynamic Tests), and assists the level 4 admin staff to ensure all PBRC errors are addressed in a timely manner.
