Our Client is an established Manufacturing/ Plumbing Company in Orange NSW. They are looking for a self-motivated dynamic Office / Accounts Person to join their team in Orange in this permanent position.
Your next opportunity:
We are actively seeking an Office / Admin to join our Clients' Manufacturing and Plumbing business. As a member of their Orange team, you will be responsible for assisting with successful and efficient office administration, processing of orders, accounts, and production coordination.
Your day will involve:
* Working with manufacturing staff, sales staff, management, and customers to ensure effective business communication.
* Ensuring sales orders and stock are effectively processed and distributed to multiple sites on designated timeframes.
* Generating invoicing.
* Following up on accounts.
* Handling telephone enquiries.
* Managing purchase orders.
* Performing logistical functions.
* Entering tasks within an established system.
* Maintaining recordkeeping.
What are we looking for?
* Experience in reporting on daily office processing, sales, sales orders, manufacturing, and logistical timeframes.
* Existing accounts and office experience.
* Clear communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Strong office admin skills with the capability to utilize and navigate through multiple systems.
* A sound knowledge of Microsoft Suite.
* A positive can-do attitude with a hands-on approach.
* Ability to assist with coordinating daily operations of the office.
* Friendly disposition.
* Knowledge of accounting and business practices, particularly with MYOB Exo or similar accounting systems, will be an advantage.
* Good people skills.
