Humevalley Pty Ltd, based in Shepparton, VIC have a vacancy for a reliable, hardworking, and experienced Retail Manager at their store. It is a full-time position for the right applicant.
To be considered for this role you must have:
• AQF associate degree, Advanced Diploma or Diploma.
• Minimum of 3 years multi outlet retail or service industry experience at a supervisory level preferred.
• Proven track record of on Target performance in Balanced Scorecard KPIs (or equivalent) with primary profit responsibility essential.
• You must be Australian Citizen/ Permanent Resident or have proper working rights in Australia.
Main Responsibilities:
• Ensuring that all café/restaurant expenses are within budget and identifying ways to decrease operational costs.
• Taking inventory of café/restaurant supplies and ordering new stock as needed.
• Focusing on product quality, customer experience, processes, training, safety, and employee experience.
• Helping your team with meeting sales targets and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Working with mat to promote and advertise products, offers, specials to increase sales.
• Selling goods and services to customers and advising them on product use.
• Keeping records of financial transactions.
• Maintain and ensure compliance to ensure food quality and customer satisfaction are kept to a high standard.
• Managing business financials including profit & loss, budgets, and KPI’s.
• Work closely with management to help teams to drive sales growth and deliver results.
• Be active in strategic planning and restaurant operations.
• Draw insights and act on key metrics (e.g., restaurant sales and costs) to allow for future growth.

Salary: $73,150/year + Superannuation
