Reporting to the Operations Team Leader, this role will be both challenging and rewarding, having full responsibility for proposals.Key ResponsibilitiesReview and register incoming freight documentation, incl. waybill, packing list, invoice, and customs documents.Ensure timely processing of import documentation and work with the broker to obtain customs clearance.Monitor freight in transit and notify stakeholders as appropriate.Co-ordinate freight collection, unpack, and availability from depot.Co-ordinate site deliveries.Maintain project files: including accurate data records, filing of all communications, storage of all required documentation, and maintaining the project database.An ability to prioritise regular workload and logistics issues simultaneously and effectively.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, making up most of the day.Diversity and InclusionSiemens is a proud equal opportunity employer, creating a work environment of diversity and inclusion.
