The Position:
* Task-based office work, collaborating with another Property Manager
* Routine inspections
* Maintenance tasks
* Entries and exits management
* Processing invoices
* Full administrative support from the Receptionist
* No leasing, no business development manager or trust accounting responsibilities
Requirements:
* At least 12 months of experience in property management
* QLD Real Estate Certificate of Registration
* Australian driver's license
* Excellent computing skills and attention to detail
* Outstanding organisational and time management abilities
* High-end customer service delivery to owners and tenants
