This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced professional to step into a leadership role in a premium, beer-centric setting. We expect you to bring your expertise in hospitality to foster a fun and efficient atmosphere, enhance staff performance, and ensure an exceptional guest experience.Duties & ResponsibilitiesAs a Duty Manager at Beer Corner, your duties and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Oversee the operational efficiency of the bar and venue during your shift, ensuring smooth service and high standards.
Assist in implementing and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures specific to Beer Corner’s unique service style and offerings.
Supervise and train front-of-house staff to ensure excellent service, from product knowledge to guest interaction, to create memorable experiences for every guest.
Maintain an in-depth knowledge of our diverse beer selection, menu offerings, and all related service policies.
Ensure that all staff present a professional and welcoming atmosphere at all times, staying informed about VIP guest movements, local events, and happenings in the area.
Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure that food offerings complement the menu and meet guest expectations.
Collaborate with other departments, including bar and kitchen staff, to enhance both the guest experience and the profitability of our food and beverage program.
Maintain close working relationships with Department Heads to ensure a seamless and coordinated guest experience, particularly during high-traffic periods.
Regularly assess the beer inventory, maintaining communication with suppliers to ensure availability and variety of beers are in stock to meet customer demand.
Support and guide the bar staff in delivering service that exceeds expectations, including providing beer pairing suggestions, handling special guest requests, and managing customer feedback.

Skills & ExperienceThe ideal candidate will have:
Previous supervisory and or management experience.
A strong hospitality background.
Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to deliver memorable experiences to every guest.
Obtained an RSA certificate and Approved Managers License
