This plant will be Australia's largest and among the largest globally, with sustainable production processes. The project will create 2,000 construction jobs and deliver lasting benefits to the local community through employment, training, and business opportunities.We are seeking a E&I Supervisor to join the Perdaman Project team in Karratha, WA on a 19:9 roster. You will be responsible for overseeing and managing the electrical activities from the initial phases of the construction project.Your responsibilities will include:Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers and subcontractors to understand electrical requirements.Develop and implement a plan for early electrical activities in alignment with project schedule.Manage, inspect and interface with subcontractors (UG/AG Cable Installation, TCFs & Batch Plant).Support site temporary power requirements and installations.Preparing manning and tooling requirements for self-performed E&I works.Assign tasks, monitor progress and ensure work is performed to high quality and safety standards.Ensure all electrical work complies with relevant electrical codes, safety and project specifications.Address any issues or defects promptly and effectively.Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders.Provide guidance and training to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.What You Will Bring to the Team:7+ years’ experience working as an Electrical Supervisor or equivalent.Relevant electrical licenses or certifications.Experience within a high-pressure construction environment.Ideally experience within the oil & gas industry.Our BenefitsCompetitive project site allowances.Mental health and wellbeing programs.Employee assistance programs for employees and families.Industry-leading benefits such as health insurance offers, salary packaging, and travel discounts.At Clough, we are committed to building a workforce that reflects the communities in which we work and live, fostering an inclusive environment that accepts every person, embraces their strengths and differences, and provides opportunities for all to achieve their full potential.
