Our client is seeking an experienced Business Applications Integration Specialist for an initial 6-month temporary casual contract in their Leederville office.
Position Title: Business Applications Integration Specialist
Rate: $. per hour plus Superannuation (non-negotiable)
Preferred Start Date: July 4
End Date: January 5
Hours per week: Full-time – hours per week
Location: Leederville, WA
Type: Temporary casual contract (no leave entitlements – casual loading included in rate)
About the role:
Responsible for supporting integrations developed in the Hybrid Integration Platform using the webMethods and webMethods.io product suite and providing technical expertise and services for integrating applications, data and processes across the organisation.
What the role will involve:
1. Provide advice and technical support to Business Units and project teams that comply with Cyber Security and Architecture standards
2. Provide second/third level support to resolve customer queries, issues and problems and ensure the timely resolution of incidents linked to the Hybrid Integration Platform
3. Review and analyse existing record of incidents and problems to optimise existing integrations and processes
Key skills and experience:
4. Extensive experience in developing integrations using the webMethods product suite
5. Considerable experience in coding languages (e.g. Java, NodeJS, PowerShell, SQL, Regex etc.)
6. Relevant experience in managing customer support issues in a diverse infrastructure environment which requires immediate responsiveness to maintain business operations.

7. Strong understanding of Application Package Interfaces (APIs) and security principles
8. Exposure to the Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Service Management Framework
9. Demonstrated ability to design and develop integrations using an integration platform solution (e.g. webMethods, webMethods.io, TIBCO, MuleSoft etc.)
10. Exposure to the Software Development life cycle and DevOps principles
11. Proven ability to break-down business requirements and develop integrations using industry-standard design patterns

13. Proven ability to build strategic relationships across the business and to use networks effectively to facilitate broad support
