Description JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for management of database mission-critical applications and reporting. Works to ensure that all core data set elements are defined, collected, stored, and interfaced accurately in support of customer objectives. Assists other analysts with data reporting, acquisition, & transfers.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: M365 Management and Implementation: Oversee the configuration, deployment, and management of M365 applications and services. Implement M365 solutions tailored to meet organizational requirements. Ensure optimal performance, availability, and security of M365 services. Exchange Email Administration: Manage and maintain Exchange Online environments, including mailbox management, distribution groups, and email policies. Monitor and troubleshoot email flow issues and implement solutions to enhance email security and reliability. Configure and manage hybrid Exchange environments if applicable. SharePoint Administration: Design, deploy, and manage SharePoint Online sites, libraries, and permissions. Customize SharePoint sites to meet business requirements, including document management, workflows, and collaboration spaces. Provide support for SharePoint-related issues and conduct training sessions for end-users. Security and Compliance: Implement and manage security measures for M365 services, including multi-factor authentication, data loss prevention, and compliance policies. Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory standards. User Support and Training: Provide technical support and guidance to end-users regarding M365 applications. Conduct training sessions and create documentation to help users effectively utilize M365 tools. Respond to and resolve M365-related support tickets in a timely manner. Stay up-to-date with the latest M365 features, updates, and best practices. Identify opportunities to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of M365 services. Participate in planning and executing M365-related projects and initiatives. Qualifications EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience Requirement: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience managing Microsoft M365 environments. Experience with migration projects to M365 from on-premises or other cloud services. Strong knowledge of M365 applications, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, and other M365 services. Experience with PowerShell scripting for M365 administration. Familiarity with security and compliance features within M365. Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert, Microsoft 365 Certified: Teams Administrator Associate, or similar are highly desirable. Knowledge of networking concepts and integration with M365 services. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently. Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
