Joining our team means you are ready to establish new standards for sustainability, innovation and excellence in the renewables sector, working toward a new era of sustainable development.Key ResponsibilitiesEngage and support in Contract Negotiation for EPC, BOP, supply contracts, O&M Contracts and framework agreements.Collaborate on issuing purchase orders to ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.Administer contracts variations, extensions of time, and amendments, ensuring that all changes are properly documented and authorised.Manage progress claims and process invoices in consideration of the provisions of the relevant contracts and purchase orders.Negotiate contract variations, claims, and disputes to ensure that all resolutions align with project goals, timelines, and budget constraints.Collaborate with the relevant procurement specialist, project manager and cost controller to manage the cost to all projects to completion.Support the relevant project manager with preparing monthly reports.Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, company policies, and relevant regulations, minimizing risks through effective contract management and governance.Present regular contract status updates, financial performance, and risk reports to senior management, recommending process improvements.Selection CriteriaDegree in Construction Management, Engineering, Law or a related field.Experience in SAP and Procore is a strong preference but not mandatory.Minimum of 5 years of experience in contract administration in Australia, preferably within the solar, wind, battery, water, or the energy industry in general.Proven experience in managing complex contracts, preferably within the construction, engineering, or infrastructure industries.Strong understanding of contract law, procurement processes, and risk management.Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.High level of attention to detail and accuracy in contract documentation and financial management.Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Every individual is a valued team member at Potentia Energy, and we're committed to supporting, growing, and helping each person achieve their full potential.
